Check out this in depth research project done by OU-Tulsa Planning students. It examines the possibility of a car free downtown, Cherry Street, Riverside, etc.

    Hey guys -- fantastic idea! I started a personal campaign I call No Car March, at the time I didn't know Carless in Tulsa existed! Awesome that more and more folks are taking initiative to create a better, safer Tulsa. :-)
